Extraordinary gym with great heart. Weights, in person and virtual classes (loving Body Pump), machines, training, steam room, all for an affordable price (cost of mental and physical health=priceless for sure) Convenient location - combine with downtown errands or on the way to the ferry for commuters. They have worked so hard to provide an impeccably clean and safe environment.And the staff is endlessly kind and supportive even to a cheerful gym scrub like me. So very grateful for Alexa and Michael Rosenthal who saw the potential in and saved this old bowling alley. You’ll be so glad you came. I am never sorry on the way home.

Great place to workout with a ton of really nice equipment. Very clean and well maintained as well.Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because all the older white members stared at me and were obviously wondering why I was there, and it was incredibly unwelcoming. Loosen up y’all.
