Led by Alexa Rosenthal and a team of talented and wonderful Island Fitness Instructors.
Finding harmonious balance between mental and emotional parts of ourselves through practicing mindfulness. A seated meditation is only one practice. The entire day will be a meditation experience through ceremony, breath, movement, creativity in nature (no artistic background needed), food, sound and of course a special community.
All interests are welcome to join us from furthering and deepening a current mindfulness practice to the person desiring a much-needed day to let go and learn more about themselves and what truly supports their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Who does not need a day to reset and restore!
We have a beautiful location in nearby Port Ludlow which provides outdoor space located right on the water and a central indoor space which gives refuge for unpredictable weather and a home-base for the retreat.
