“Sara Morgan is a Lead Trainer here at Island Fitness.
Sara began her career in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor at Kansas State University. After studying theater and dance in college Sara added on her personal training certification in 2013 to create a full-time career in fitness.
She is proud to be an Ortho-Kinetics® Specialist Trainer for the anatomical aspect and personalized programming to help people prevent and overcome injuries. Her favorite moments are using information to help adjust movement discrepancies and to enable people to become more aware of their body.
Sara continues to enjoy the variety of one-on-one Personal Training, Small Group Pilates, Group Fitness, and the role of teaching with colleagues.
Outside of business hours, find Sara outside at a park, exploring Yoga and Pilates classes, cooking, and traveling.”
