Work with one of our professional Ortho-Kinetics® Certified Personal Trainers in the club or from the comfort of your own home, using workouts specific to your needs and to the tools you have available.

Classes
Island Fitness offers a variety of group fitness classes either virtual, in-person, or hybrid. Strength, cycling, TRX, yoga, dance, and more. Drop ins available for non-members, always free to Members!

Membership
Join our fitness community! We have multiple options to fit everyone’s needs and lifestyle. Annual memberships include an Ortho-Kinetics assessment and club/equipment orientation with a trainer.

Pilates
We offer in-person one-on-one, as well as small-group reformer training with our Ortho-Kinetics certified Pilates professional trainers!

Massage
We offer multiple modalities from Swedish to Sports massage, for recovery and stress relief. Member discounts, and open to non-members!

I truly enjoyed the recently completed Fit Men training program offered by Island Fitness. My lower back had issues, especially when twisting, before the program. The exercises and coaching provided by Nicholas Hoffman definitely strengthened my core and lower back, so the pain is no longer an issue.
The program provided a well rounded set of exercises that I normally would not have done on my own. Nicholas’ coaching was excellent. If I encountered an issue with my form or pain with an exercise, he would suggest changes to my form or a different exercise machine.
The Trainerize Fitness App was a big help too. Island Fitness created a video for each exercise in the program, which was accessible in the app. This was a huge help in remembering each machine and technique for an exercise. The app also made it very easy to keep track of the reps & weight of each exercise.
