In my boredom I decided to be proactive in my personal life. After coming up with this idea I thought it might be a great challenge for Island Fitness members to post their own goals on social media. Below are 3 SMART goals I set for myself.
In this heavy time, it’s easy to fall into unhealthy patterns.
That’s why I’m setting 3 SMART goals for myself.

My Goals:
1. Read published literature for a minimum of 3 hours every day.
2. Walk/hike at least 3 miles every day.
3. Limit TV to one news show to keep up on important information, and a maximum of 2 hours of entertainment shows.
